01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Show Register website, organizer workspace, public show pages, registration flows, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

02

What Show Register provides

Show Register provides tools for recurring shows, including public show pages, registration, dealer and table management, payment records, check-in, communications, documents, recurring tasks, reporting, and historical show information.

Show Register is a software provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Show Register does not own, organize, sponsor, or control the shows listed through the Service. Each show organizer is responsible for its event, policies, content, pricing, refunds, accessibility, safety, and communications.

03

Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning access only to people authorized to act for your organization.

You must notify Show Register promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, an organization, or other users.

04

Organizer responsibilities

Organizations and organizers are responsible for:

  • Having the authority and permissions needed to collect, use, upload, and communicate personal information and content.
  • Keeping show information, prices, deadlines, availability, refund terms, and public policies accurate.
  • Fulfilling registrations, handling disputes, providing reasonable accommodations, and operating shows lawfully and safely.
  • Managing authorized users and responding to participant requests concerning event records.
  • Complying with applicable tax, consumer protection, privacy, marketing, accessibility, and other legal requirements.
05

Fees, payments, and refunds

Paid plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown when an organization subscribes. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change future pricing with notice before the change applies.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms. Show organizers are responsible for show-level pricing, refunds, disputes, taxes, and chargebacks. Show Register may display or facilitate those transactions but is not the seller of admission, tables, sponsorships, or other items offered by an organizer.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate law or the rights of another person.
  • Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, or access data without authorization.
  • Send deceptive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent an organization or show.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
07

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant Show Register a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important records. Public show content may be viewed and shared by anyone.

08

Show Register ownership

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Show Register or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms provide a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

Feedback may be used to improve the Service without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

09

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We may add, remove, or change features and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risk, or conduct that could harm the Service or others.

After termination, access to organization data may end. Organizations should export any records they are required to keep before closing an account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Show Register disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every show.

Show Register is not responsible for a show’s cancellation, venue, safety, accessibility, products, exhibitors, attendees, communications, refunds, or other acts or omissions of an organizer or participant.

12

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Show Register and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Show Register and its suppliers for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid to Show Register by the applicable organization during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.

13

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms may be submitted to support@showregister.com.
